Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Al Qaswan Landscape & Gardening LLC (“Al Qaswan Landscape”, “we”) for a quote or for work. Your written quote or contract always comes first: if it says something different from this page, the quote or contract applies.

Quotes and site visits

• Site visits to prepare a quote are free unless we tell you otherwise before the visit.
• Every quote lists the work, the materials, the palms or plants and the price. Work that is not in the quote is not included.
• Quotes are valid for the period written on them. Prices of palms, plants and materials can change after that period.
• Prices shown on this website are starting prices to help you plan. The final price is the one in your written quote.

Starting the work

• We start once you accept the quote in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine) and pay any advance written in the quote.
• Please give our crew safe access to the site, water and electricity where the quote says so, and tell us about hidden pipes, cables or tanks.
• Some communities, landlords and authorities need a permit or no-objection letter before planting, removing palms or building in a garden. Unless the quote says we will arrange it, getting this permission is the client’s responsibility. We are happy to tell you what is usually needed.

Palms, trees and plants

• Palms and plants are living things. We check them before delivery and plant them with care, but their growth also depends on watering and care after we leave.
• We give you watering and care advice for new planting. Any guarantee on palms or plants is written in your quote and depends on that advice being followed.
• Sizes and heights are approximate, because every palm and plant is a little different.

Changes, delays and cancellations

• If you want to change the work, we agree the change and any new price with you before doing it.
• Weather, permits, site access or supplier delays can move the schedule. We keep you informed and agree a new date with you.
• If you cancel after accepting a quote, you pay for work already done and for palms, plants or materials already ordered for your job.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance and the final payment, are written in your quote or invoice. Palms, plants and materials remain our property until they are paid for in full.

Emergency work

In an emergency our first job is to make the site safe. We tell you the price before the main work starts whenever it is safe and possible to do so.

Photos of our work

We may take photos of the site before and after our work to record the job. We only publish photos of your property on our website or social media if you agree.

Use of this website

• The information on this website is general advice. Always ask us about your own site before relying on it.
• Some images on this website are concept images and are marked as such. They show ideas, not finished projects.
• Texts, photos and designs on this website belong to Al Qaswan Landscape & Gardening LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us.
• How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
